Jaykay Resources was founded by Mr. Rakesh Kansal, an Ex-Mud Engineer with 26 years of experience in Oil & Gas exploration. He has worked with internationally reputed companies such as:

Company Journey

• Established in 1996, Jaykay Resources began as a trading company of Bentonite Powder.

• Within 2 years, the company started processing high gel Bentonite powder, which was in high demand by the HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) industry.

• From 1996 to 2001, Jaykay Resources successfully supplied approximately 3 lakh MT of high gel Bentonite powder.

Product Expansion

Over the years, the company expanded its product range to include:

• API-13A (Section-6) Bentonite Powder

• OCMA Grade Bentonite Powder

• Foundry Grade Bentonite

• Earthing Grade Bentonite

• Iron Ore Pelletizing Grade Bentonite

In 2010, we further added the following Drilling / Mud Chemicals:

• Diatomite

• Calcium Carbonate Powder

• Sodium Chloride (PVD)

In 2023, we included Loss Circulation Materials (LCM) in our portfolio, especially:

• Cellulosic Flakes (LCM)

• Non-Damaging Flakes (LCM)
  (Manufactured using highly technical and skillful methods)
